(LPCC)/LSW

Attain Behavioral Health is a comprehensive mental health
and addiction treatment provider, offering IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program),
PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), OP (Outpatient Program), and MAT
(Medication-Assisted Treatment). As we expand to include Detox and Residential
(RES) services, we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical
Counselor (LPCC) to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals
on their recovery journey.
Position Summary
The LPCC will provide individual, group, and family therapy
to clients with mental health and substance use disorders. This role involves
developing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive
comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services:
- Conduct
biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide
evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling services.
- Develop
and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
and the treatment team.
- Monitor
and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Utilize
trauma-informed and culturally competent care practices in all
interactions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate
with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other clinical staff to ensure
holistic care.
- Participate
in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment
strategies.
- Communicate
effectively with clients, families, and referral sources.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain
accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and
organizational standards.
- Adhere
to ethical guidelines and state regulations for counseling services.
- Stay
current with continuing education requirements and maintain licensure in
good standing.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s
degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active
LPCC licensure in the state of [Insert State].
- Minimum
of 2 years of experience in mental health and/or substance use counseling.
- Proficiency
in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans.
- Strong
knowledge of evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, and motivational
interviewing.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience
in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting.
- Knowledge
of state Medicaid and private insurance processes.
- Bilingual
proficiency is a plus.
