Job Summary
Arcstone Financial is seeking an experienced and innovative EVP of Tech Innovation to lead our technological vision and strategy. This executive role is pivotal in aligning our technology resources with our business goals and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the mortgage banking industry. The EVP of Tech Innovation will oversee all technical aspects of the company, from infrastructure to security, and will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Each day lead technological innovation by collaborating with executives on financial stability, business opportunities, and IT advancements.
• Oversee IT managers in implementing new systems, reviewing industry trends, and proposing new initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence.
• Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals, and progress to the executive committee.
• Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance our products and services.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Manage IT budgets and monitor KPIs to assess technological performance.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training IT managers.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team.
• Stay updated with technological trends and make informed decisions to maintain our competitive edge.
• Communicate technology strategies to partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform related tasks and additional responsibilities as directed by the President or assigned by senior management.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, EVP of Technology, or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Solid background in IT and business development, and an innovative mindset.
• Expertise in managing large budgets, leading technology teams, and implementing IT systems under financial constraints to drive efficiency and competitiveness.
• Extensive knowledge of technological trends and business concepts.
• Experience with our current technologies: Encompass, Optimal Blue, PAXI POS, PAXI Chat, PAXI Analyst, Microsoft Suite, Monday.com, Click Up, Salesforce, Simbla, Wix, and JotForm.
• Strong understanding of budgets and business planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

Experience | Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS, or CISSP.
• Experience in the mortgage banking industry.
