Job Summary:
At Arcstone Financial, a Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, training, and soliciting wholesale mortgage broker accounts. The Wholesale Account Executive is also responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships with broker accounts and customers nationally. In addition, the Wholesale Account Executive will help train and educate brokers on the company's technology, programs, products, guidelines, and our best-in-class process flow and technology.
Responsibilities:
Develop, support, and maintain a team of mortgage brokers.
Deliver up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates to brokers and clients.
Maintain up-to-date Non-QM product knowledge and guidelines.
Build relationships both internally and externally to learn process and procedure policies, with the ability to teach and educate these practices to customers.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals.
Monitor the performance of accounts in your pipeline.
Champion your brokers and strive to make every loan a success story.
Prerequisites:
Previous experience working in a broker environment, with at least two years of lending experience and an existing book of business. Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry, various state guidelines, and strong familiarity with underwriting standards and compliance policies.

Proven success as a loan officer, originator, banker, or wholesale account executive.
Well-developed understanding of mortgage sales, processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Knowledge of Jumbo and Non-QM loan products.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Competitor intelligence.
Open to learning, willing to be coached, and can be flexible in an ever-changing industry.
Excellent computer and technology skills to master the wholesale online Loan Origination System (LOS) and the ability to teach customers how to use it.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics preferred but not required.
