Job Summary
Arcstone Financial is seeking a Junior Mortgage Processor to assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. This role supports the mortgage processing team to facilitate efficient loan approvals while maintaining compliance with company and investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Open loans, pull credit reports, and order appraisals promptly.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Ensure loan documentation adheres to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications, including calls, emails, and mail.
• Input application information into the loan origination system accurately.
• Organize, index, and archive loan files for easy access.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding conditions and documentation.
• Perform related tasks and additional responsibilities as directed by the Processing Team Manager, or other senior management. 

Skills Requirement

• Excellent written and verbal communiation skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  
• Team player with strong collaboration skills. 

Experience | Education

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree in finance, busines, or a related field is preferred. 
• Previous experience in mortgage processing or a related field is preffered but not required.
