High-performing Sales
Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by
keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for
maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to
plans to the upper management. Manages
relationships with Loan Officers and realtors and cultivates new relationships
with new loan officers and realtors to receive new loan business from old and
new relationships.
- Communication: Liaises among customers
(internal and external) and Loan officers and real estate companies to set
up educational classes and communication of value-added services to the realtor
and business partner community.
Make sure the CRM system is being used properly by all loan officers
to manage client and realtor relationships and they get communication from
us on a consistent basis.
- Organization: Ensure that all
loan officers get consistent communication on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis and add at least 20 new relationships monthly to the organization.
- Coordination: Coordinates with Marketing, business development and
Operations to ensure proper communication is made to the sales staff.
- Equipment: Uses such office equipment as computer
terminals, copiers and FAX machines.
- Software: Ability to use Encompass, Microsoft suit of products, CRM System
(BNTouch / Surefire)
- Physical: Sits for extended time periods. Driving to and from lending offices, real
estate offices and events. Hearing and vision within normal ranges.
Responsibilities:
§ Achieve
growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
§ Design and
implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and
ensure it’s strong presence
§ Own
recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives
§ Build and
promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
§ Present
sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team
§ Identify
emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
§ Coach and
Train sales staff to company standards and hold sales staff accountable.
§ Send out Daily,
Weekly and Monthly Sales communication (Products / Opportunities / Growth).
§ Maintain all
sales effort conversations in CRM system for accounting and review with manager.
§ Maintain a
active database and update database of new and current loan officers
§ Organize sales
events to have loan officers and realtors attend for education and mixers
§ Answer loan
officer scenario questions and be involved in problem resolution with files
§ Provide
weekly reports to management of progress
§ Performs
variety of functions outside of the scope of just sales which would be required
when putting a event together and possible light physical labor when it comes
to event planning.
§ Other duties
as assigned
Experience:
- Minimum one to two years of sales, program and event planning experience.
Requirements/Skills:
- Successful previous experience as a
sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding
targets
- Committed to
continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated
ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
all levels of the organization
- Proven ability
to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business
sense and industry expertise
- Excellent
mentoring, coaching and people management skills
