Job Summary
Arcstone Financials’ wholesale division, AMP Mortgage, seeks a TPO Account Manager to oversee the loan process for third-party originations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency from submission to closing. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to coordinate with brokers, Account Executives, Underwriters, and closing teams for seamless processing. The TPO Account Manager ensures timely submissions, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution while maintaining strong broker relationships and meeting investor and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & File Management

  • Review and validate loan packages for completeness and compliance before submission.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and maintain file integrity.
  • Monitor loan conditions, gather outstanding items, and assist brokers in meeting submission requirements.

Broker & Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary contact for brokers, providing proactive updates and support.
  • Educate brokers on AMP Mortgage’s loan products, guidelines, and structuring best practices.
  • Address broker inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.

Compliance & Documentation Review

  • Ensure loan files meet federal, state, and investor regulations. 
  • Review income, asset, title, and appraisal documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and address potential compliance issues early to prevent delays.
Pipeline & Workflow Management
  • Track loan files from submission to closing, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with brokers, underwriting, and closing teams to prevent processing delays.
  • Maintain organized records and accurate reporting of loan activities.
  • Closing & Post-Approval Coordination.
  • Manage the closing schedule and ensure all final conditions are met.
  • Work with title companies and internal teams to ensure smooth loan funding.
  • Confirm payoff statements, insurance, and compliance requirements before closing.

Performance & Technology Utilization

  • Maintain high service standards, delivering timely status updates to brokers.
  • Utilize digital tools and automation to track loans and improve efficiency.
  • Identify system enhancements to streamline loan processing and broker experience.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Risk Management

  • Partner with underwriting, compliance, and closing teams for a seamless process.
  • Identify potential loan risks early and proactively work on resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Perform related tasks and additional responsibilities as directed by the AVP of Operations or assigned by other senior management.

Skills Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, LOS, and mortgage software.
  • Skilled in loan documentation, compliance, underwriting, and AUS.
  • Expertise in conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, Non-QM loans, and regulations. 
  • Experienced in TPO, broker channels, and mortgage closings. 
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building with brokers and loan teams. 
  • Skilled in pipeline management, ensuring timely submissions and compliance. 
  • Excellent communicator for status updates, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Detail-oriented in verifying loan documents and coordinating with teams.

Experience | Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of mortgage loan processing or TPO account management experience.
  • Experience working in wholesale or correspondent lending preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of loan origination systems, mortgage compliance, and investor guidelines.
