Job Summary:
The Wholesale Account Manager at Arcstone Financial
Wholesale plays a pivotal role in our organization. This role involves
overseeing the processing and submission of loan files from the Opening
Department to the Underwriting Department. Effective communication with Loan
Originators, Account Executives, Underwriters, and real estate brokers is vital.
Reporting to the Managing Director of TPO, the Wholesale Account Manager
ensures the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, adheres to company
program guidelines, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Package Management:
- Assist in completing loan packages and follow up with
brokers to gather required documentation.
- Review loan packages for data completeness and adherence to
company program guidelines.
- Accurately input loan information into the company’s Loan
Origination System.
Communication:
- Maintain proactive communication with account executives,
real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, and internal team members.
- Provide timely and periodic status updates to relevant
parties, with at least one update every thirty (30) days.
Documentation and Validation:
- Gather, analyze, and validate all documents necessary for
loan approval and submit them to Underwriting.
- Request and gather loan conditions from appropriate parties.
- Review loan file conditions before Underwriter's review
and assist in setting priorities for loan review.
Closing and Compliance:
- Manage the closing schedule and communicate with relevant
parties.
- Timely order or acquire title, appraisals, consolidation and extensions, subordination agreements, VOEs, VOMs, VODs, powers of attorney,
E&O policy, and co-op documents.
- Request pay-off statements for all loans to be satisfied and
review them alongside the loan package.
- Ensure homeowners’ insurance policies meet requirements,
including the correct mortgagee clause.
Performance and Compliance:
- Ensure benchmarks, productivity standards, and service
levels are met.
- Request assistance from the AVP/Operations team as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
