Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new logo sales, customer acquisition, and targeted outbound sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively seeking and engaging potential customers, playing a crucial part in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth for Fingercheck across various industries. Your strong communication skills and product knowledge will be essential in connecting with prospects, demonstrating value, and closing deals.
A primary focus of this position is generating new business through proactive outreach. This includes researching potential clients, making cold calls, and sending targeted emails to schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing team on marketing-qualified leads within your assigned territory or job scope.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in our company's growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
Establishing a self-sourced pipeline through cold calling and prospecting, while also working with marketing on incoming prospect opportunities
Engaging with potential clients and setting up product demonstrations
Managing your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Continuously learning about our product, industry, and sales techniques
Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
Conducting tailored product demonstrations to showcase value to potential clients
Managing and developing a sales pipeline from initial contact through closing
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional prospect experience
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and other sales tools
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments
Key Skills and Qualifications:
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, demonstrating our product's value, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment. Key skills and qualifications include:
Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, email outreach, marketing leads and collaboration, and social selling
Conducting tailored product demonstrations to showcase value to potential clients
Managing and developing a sales pipeline from initial contact through closing
Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, and support, to ensure an exceptional prospect experience
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and other sales tools
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of success in new client acquisition and outbound sales, preferably in the Payroll, HR, Fintech, SaaS, or similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to learn and articulate payroll and HR product offerings
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Adaptability and quick learning in a rapidly changing environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a remote and hybrid environment
Passionate about the payroll & HR industry and its business applications
Alignment with company's mission and values
Experience: 5+ years proven experience in new acquisition, field sales, proactive selling, or a related quota based sales role
College degree preferred but not required, or equivalent work experience

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to role, skillset, relevant education, level of experience, certifications, etc.
