IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

As the Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for overseeing and onboarding new accounts onto the Fingercheck system. Your main goal is to ensure a smooth transition from sales to full operational use of the FIngercheck platform. You will proactively move accounts through the onboarding process quickly and efficiently, rendering accounts payroll-ready within 48 business hours from completing the setup wizard. You will also ensure that end-users are comfortable using our software and products as you guide them through the implementation process and serve as their go-to advocate to provide a seamless transition experience.
This role will report to the Manager, Implementation.

SALARY BAND: $55,000 - $70,000
Essential Responsibilities
Implement accounts for all Fingercheck products
Be the primary onboarding contact and project manager for new accounts
Ownership of the account communication for all aspects of implementation
Proactively communicate and guide clients through the implementation
Monitor and quickly move new accounts through the onboarding queue, engaging other departments as needed, and resolving automation errors promptly
Fully onboard business owners and their employees
Respond to incoming emails, calls, and implementation support requests from clients promptly
Proactively set up system training meetings and end-user support
Assist with account configuration to support client needs and business processes
Review proper tax documents and payroll data
Minimum Qualifications
1-year of payroll software experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking
Excellent time management skills
Strong project management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail & solution-oriented mindset
Bias towards action
Open, approachable, and positive attitude
Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
