BILLING SUPPORT (Part-Time)

As Billing Support, you will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can provide top-notch customer support while simultaneously engaging with our intuitive, all-in-one HR platform and QuickBooks. All-in-all, you would take on the role of customer liaison and ensure that clients build long-lasting, profitable relationships with Fingercheck.
This role will report to the Billing Manager.

Hourly Range: $24 - $27 based on experience
Essential Responsibilities
Assisting clients with processing payments and/or billing-related questions
Answering Inbound Billing Calls.
Creating invoices and putting together pertinent billing materials
Resolving any billing issues or errors that arise via case management.
Making outbound collection calls in a fast-paced environment
Staying up to par with the goal-oriented ‘Accounts Receivable’ department
Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 1 year of accounts receivable/payable experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate efficiently and collaborate with team members
Detail-oriented
HCM/Payroll Experience preferred
Result-oriented and data-driven, with a proven ability to set, communicate and meet short and long-term goals
