Serving over 5,000 small businesses today, Fingercheck is building the most relied-upon HR and payroll platform a business owner never has to think about. From time tracking and scheduling to automated payroll, HR, and compliance — we make it simple, fast, and accurate.
We're growing fast, and our Revenue Operations function is at the center of it. This role exists because we need someone who thinks in systems, operates with urgency, and builds clarity out of complexity — not someone who waits to be told what to do.
The Revenue Operations Analyst reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and works within a lean, high-output RevOps team alongside a Lead Salesforce Admin. This is a high-ownership IC role — you will manage your own workstreams end-to-end, produce reporting and analytics that drive executive decisions, and build the documentation and process infrastructure that keeps the GTM engine running cleanly.
The right person for this role doesn't wait to be assigned tasks. They identify what needs to exist, build it, and raise their hand when something's off. You will operate with meaningful autonomy in a company that moves fast and rewards initiative.
Whether remote or working from our Brooklyn-based office, you'll find a team-oriented environment where these truths matter:
reliability,
optimism,
compassion, and
knowledge
[A good sense of humor helps, too!]
SALARY BAND: $80,000-$100,000
What You’ll Do
Reporting & Analytics (40%)
Own and maintain standard revenue, pipeline, and rep performance reports across Salesforce, Salesloft, and BI tooling.
Monitor key GTM metrics daily/weekly and proactively surface anomalies, highlights, and root cause findings.
Build and iterate dashboards that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into revenue performance.
Support board and executive-level reporting by pulling, validating, and structuring data accurately and on tight timelines.
Conduct ad hoc analysis on sales trends, cohort performance, ARPU, quota attainment, and lead funnel efficiency.
Documentation & Process (40%)
Own the documentation of RevOps processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures — creating structure where none exists.
Translate informal workflows into repeatable, scalable processes with clear ownership and triggers.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements proactively; don’t just document what exists, improve it.
Support implementation of new tools and processes by building out SOPs and enablement materials.
Salesforce & Tooling Support (20%)
Perform light Salesforce administration: field updates, report creation, data cleanup, and basic configuration tasks.
Coordinate with the Lead Salesforce Admin on more complex configuration work.
Support the management and hygiene of the GTM tech stack, including Salesloft and integrated tools.
Leverage AI tools and automation to reduce manual workload and increase throughput.
Who You Are
A self-starter: You identify what needs to be built and build it — you don’t wait for direction on every task.
Analytically rigorous: You work precisely with data, define metrics clearly, and flag inconsistencies rather than paper over them.
A systems thinker: You see how processes connect end-to-end and design for the handoff, not just your piece.
Resourceful under constraint: You figure out how to get things done with limited tooling, limited time, and limited guidance.
A clear communicator: You translate complex data into clean, exec-ready summaries without losing accuracy.
Genuinely curious about AI: You actively use LLMs and automation tools to work smarter, not just as a novelty.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a GTM analytics role at a SaaS or tech company.
Proficiency in Salesforce: report building, data management, and light admin tasks.
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, lookups, modeling, and data validation.
Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Omni, or equivalent).
SQL proficiency: comfortable writing and editing queries to pull and manipulate data from a database or data warehouse.
Demonstrated ability to document processes clearly and produce work product that others can follow and build on.
High attention to detail and low tolerance for data inaccuracy.
Preferred
Experience with Salesloft or a comparable sales engagement platform.
Familiarity with payroll, HR, or HCM SaaS environments.
Active user of AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for work productivity.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where structure was still being built.
Why You’ll Love It Here
You’ll have real ownership from day one — not a support role, not a shadow function.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and have visibility into board-level decisions.
You’ll help build the RevOps foundation at a company that is growing fast and investing in doing it right.
Fast-paced, high-trust culture where initiative is rewarded and bureaucracy is minimal.
