As Fingercheck grows, we're adding a Senior Manager to our Client Services department. This individual will be a leader to our client-facing teams, ensuring that the team meets its performance goals, while assuring an excellent experience for our customers.
In addition, this person will help shape the future of the Client Services department as we scale. They will work with the Director of Client Services on strategic planning, and collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives. Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day performance of three Client Services teams
Manage three manager/supervisor direct reports. Indirectly manage a team of 20+ people
Coach and mentor members of the client services department
Evaluate and redesign processes and standard operating procedures
Facilitate the review and escalation of support cases
Monitor KPI performance. Create related reporting at the direction of the Director of Client Services
Collaborate with other teams (Product, Implementation, Payroll Ops, Tax, etc) on initiatives related to growth
Develop and maintain customer satisfaction through meetings, focus groups, and webinars.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience with client-facing operations, preferably at a SaaS company, including 3 years of leadership experience
Experience managing managers or supervisors
Experience with reporting and metrics. Salesforce reporting experience highly preferred
CRM experience
Strong computer/technical literacy.
Some payroll or HR experience is preferred
Flexibility/adaptability in managing multiple priorities
Excellent verbal communication skills
Great interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team

Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $95,000 - $115,000/year in most remote locations and $115,000 - $125,000/year for New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
