Lawn Capital is currently looking to fill the position of landscape installation foreman. This is a hands-on position being a part of a crew of 3-5 people in the installation of high-end residential landscape projects. Ideal candidates will possess the following skill set:

-Previous experience in irrigation, hardscape, drainage, and landscape installation.
-Ability to operate a variety of construction equipment including a bobcat, excavator, concrete saw, plate compactor, jack hammer, etc.
-The ability to work with other crew members effectively and efficiently to complete a variety of tasks within an allotted time frame is important. This is a fast paced work environment.
-Excellent communication skills. Candidate must be able to communicate well with clients, crew members, and management.
-Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish/bilingual is preferred.
-This is a physically demanding position. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.

Applicants must be able to work in adverse conditions, including inclement weather and early/late days. Applicants must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs, hold a valid GA driver's license, and provide reliable transportation each day. Experience driving with trailers is required. All applicants should submit a current resume along with two references. 2 Years of Lawn Care Maintenance and/or Landscaping experience is required. This is a full-time job.
