Join our team! Lawn Capital is searching for a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, direct and manage team members in a positive way and monitor team progress through regular evaluations, monitor quality and job performance on costumers properties and making any necessary changes needed to complete the job, transporting of team members to and from job sites, effectively maintaining and reporting equipment and truck maintenance and status through weekly checklists, packing and unloading of all necessary tools and equipment for the working day, landscape leaders are considering “working leaders” and must be able to lead as well as follow alongside all team members in all working conditions.

Applicants must be able to work in adverse conditions, including inclement weather and early/late days. Applicants must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs, hold a valid GA driver's license, and provide reliable transportation each day. Experience driving with trailers is preferable. All applicants should submit a current resume along with two references. 2 Years of Lawn Care Maintenance and/or Landscaping experience is required. This is a full-time job.'
