Mavericks Office Solutions is a Xerox Gold Partner and the largest Katun ARIVIA dealer in Ohio. We sell, lease and service copiers and multifunction printers (MFPs), and we also provide managed IT, cybersecurity and VoIP to businesses across Ohio, Southeast Michigan and Western Pennsylvania. We're based in Mentor and we're growing.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced copier technician to keep our Northeast Ohio customers' MFP fleets running. You'll handle service calls, preventive maintenance and new equipment installs at customer sites, and you'll be the face of Mavericks in front of our customers every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Diagnose and repair color and black-and-white MFPs, copiers and printers on-site

- Perform preventive maintenance and replace parts and consumables

- Install, set up and network new equipment, including scan-to-email, scan-to-folder and print drivers

- Troubleshoot network connectivity and print/scan issues with customer IT staff

- Close out work orders, parts usage and meter readings accurately in our field service app

- Keep your parts inventory organized and let us know which parts you need

- Give customers clear, friendly communication from arrival to close-out

WHAT YOU BRING

- 2+ years of copier/MFP field service experience

- Hands-on experience with Xerox, Konica Minolta, Toshiba, Canon, Ricoh, Sharp or similar

- Solid networking basics (IP addressing, SMTP/scan-to-email, SMB, print drivers)

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field

- A professional, customer-first attitude

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Nice to have: Xerox or other manufacturer certifications, Katun ARIVIA experience, CompTIA A+/Network+.
