Mavericks Office Solutions is a Xerox Gold Partner and the largest Katun ARIVIA dealer in Ohio. We sell, lease and service copiers and multifunction printers (MFPs), and we also provide managed IT, cybersecurity, VoIP/UCaaS and access control to businesses across Ohio, Southeast Michigan and Western Pennsylvania. We're based in Mentor and we're growing.

THE ROLE

This is an entry-level B2B sales job for a competitive, driven person who wants to build a sales career. No industry experience required. We'll teach you the products, leasing and how to sell them. You'll spend your days finding new business across Northeast Ohio, setting appointments, and learning to close copier and office technology deals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prospect for new business through phone calls, walk-ins, email and LinkedIn

- Set appointments and run discovery meetings with business owners and office managers

- Learn our copier, printer and office technology lineup, and how leasing and service agreements work

- Build quotes and proposals with help from our sales leadership

- Follow up consistently and close new accounts

- Track your activity and pipeline in our CRM

WHAT YOU BRING

- A competitive drive and a strong work ethic. Sports, military, retail or restaurant leadership backgrounds are welcome

- Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers

- Coachable, organized and good at following up

- Strong communication skills, in person and in writing

- Comfortable with computers and learning new software

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Nice to have: any sales, customer service or internship experience; a business or marketing degree (not required).
