Alteva RCM is building a dedicated quality function for a high-impact operational technology team. This is a foundational QA position, and the person in this role will help define how quality works here, not inherit a process someone else built.
You'll be embedded across a mix of Salesforce-native tools, AI-assisted workflows, and backend services, all actively in build. The work spans Salesforce sandbox environments, production validation workflows, .NET-based services, and AI-generated outputs where accuracy and consistency are important.
This is a hybrid manual and automation QA role. In the beginning, a meaningful part of the work will be hands-on manual testing, workflow validation, and release readiness checks while the automation framework is being built. Over time, the expectation is to convert repeatable testing into automated coverage so managers and operations leads are not carrying the burden of release testing.
The expectation is not just to find bugs. It is to build the systems that prevent them: test coverage, regression frameworks, automation runs, release gates, and clear release-readiness signals. This person should be trusted by both operations and development to say when something is ready to ship and when it is not.
Design and maintain testing layers: smoke, happy path, regression, and release-readiness testing, mapped to release stages
