We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Quickbase / SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications and data solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable Quickbase applications, developing complex SQL solutions, and supporting integrations across multiple systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, test, and maintain Quickbase web applications

·         Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes

·         Build and support API and ETL integrations with third-party systems

·         Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance across multiple offices and business units

·         Collaborate with Finance, Executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

·         Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues and implement improvements

·         Document system architecture, workflows, and development standards

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

·         Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·         Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality

·         Working knowledge of accounting or financial data concepts

Preferred Experience

·         Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or medical billing experience

·         Experience working with financial or invoicing systems

·         Experience supporting multi-office or multi-entity environments

Technical Skills

·         3+ years of Quickbase development experience

·         2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience

·         Strong understanding of ETL processes, API integrations, and relational database design

·         Experience with data validation, automation, and performance optimization
