Overview
We are looking for a senior, multi-disciplinary operator to work directly with the Arbitration Department leadership while driving execution across arbitration operations and cross-department strategic initiatives. This role is designed for someone who thrives in the trenches, can bring structure to fast-moving environments, and is comfortable operating across departmental execution, organizational priorities, and high-impact initiatives. You will act as a force multiplier to leadership, helping ensure that key initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and accountability.
What You’ll Own
Arbitration Department Execution & Delivery

Drive execution across key arbitration initiatives

Translate direction into clear priorities, workflows, and deliverables

Improve speed, clarity, and quality of departmental output

Help optimize systems, processes, and performance across the department
Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

Take ownership of high-priority initiatives that don’t fit neatly into a single team

Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple departments

Drive outcomes from ambiguous starting points
Hiring & Team Build-Out

Partner directly on hiring across arbitration and supporting departments

Help define roles, evaluate candidates, and improve hiring processes

Ensure hiring aligns with long-term organizational needs
Execution & Organizational Leverage

Ensure critical priorities are moving forward across teams

Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution

Hold ownership of key workstreams to reduce leadership load
Meetings, Alignment & Follow-Through

Participate in and lead key meetings (operations, strategy, cross-functional initiatives)

Ensure decisions translate into action

Drive follow-ups, accountability, and execution across stakeholders
Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as a bridge across arbitration, operations, technology, HR, and business teams

Qualifications

8–15+ years in operations, strategy, project management, or leadership roles

Experience in fast-moving, high-accountability environments

Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and drive execution

Comfortable switching between strategy, operations, and execution
