A dynamic U.S.based medical revenue company is seeking a full-time HR Director to lead and manage our HR department for a remote team based in Israel. This key leadership role will collaborate closely with company leadership to foster a professional, supportive, and thriving team environment.

• Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage employee performance, engagement, and professional development
• Coordinate team-building activities and occasional in-person events
• Act as a trusted advisor for staff and leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR, management, or a significant leadership role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented with strong leadership presence
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
• Native-level English fluency
• Must reside in Israel
• Proficient with remote work technologies and tools
• Available for occasional in-person meetings or events in Jerusalem
