A dynamic U.S.based medical revenue company is seeking a full-time HR Director to lead and manage our HR department for a remote team based in Israel. This key leadership role will collaborate closely with company leadership to foster a professional, supportive, and thriving team environment.

Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage employee performance, engagement, and professional development
- Coordinate team-building activities and occasional in-person events
- Act as a trusted advisor for staff and leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, management, or a significant leadership role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented with strong leadership presence
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
- Native-level English fluency
- Must reside in Israel
- Proficient with remote work technologies and tools
- Available for occasional in-person meetings or events in Jerusalem
