Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support complex operational initiatives. This role plays a critical part in analyzing trends, shaping business strategy, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze case data, outcomes, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and improve resolution success rates

Collaborate with business, legal, and operations teams to gather requirements, define objectives, and translate complex needs into actionable solutions

Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of evolving business or regulatory requirements; proactively recommend solutions

Develop and maintain clear business and functional requirements documentation

Create and execute test plans and test cases to validate system and process improvements

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including stakeholder coordination, user guidance, and readiness validation

Lead defect triage by prioritizing issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring timely closure

Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals through ongoing validation and stakeholder engagement

Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

4+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role

Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Experience with requirements gathering, test planning, and defect management

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments
Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare or consulting environments

Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven processes

Experience working cross-functionally with legal, operations, and technical teams
Requirements

Native-level English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer skills

Reliable home internet connection (wired/router-based, not Wi-Fi)

Availability for at least 4–5 hours overlap with U.S. business hours

Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
