Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support complex operational initiatives. This role plays a critical part in analyzing trends, shaping business strategy, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze case data, outcomes, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and improve resolution success rates
  • Collaborate with business, legal, and operations teams to gather requirements, define objectives, and translate complex needs into actionable solutions
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of evolving business or regulatory requirements; proactively recommend solutions
  • Develop and maintain clear business and functional requirements documentation
  • Create and execute test plans and test cases to validate system and process improvements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including stakeholder coordination, user guidance, and readiness validation
  • Lead defect triage by prioritizing issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring timely closure
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals through ongoing validation and stakeholder engagement
  • Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role
  • Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with requirements gathering, test planning, and defect management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare or consulting environments
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, operations, and technical teams

Requirements

  • Native-level English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Reliable home internet connection (wired/router-based, not Wi-Fi)
  • Availability for at least 4–5 hours overlap with U.S. business hours
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
