JOB SUMMARY

As a Direct Support professional, you will be responsible for providing care and support to indivduals in tier home and in the community.

Your role involes assisting individuals with daily activies, ensuring thier well-being, and promoting thier independence.

DUTIES

-Implement care plans and providr assistance with activities of daily living

-Support indivduals with behavioral management 

-Uphold indidual rights and maintain a safe and supportive environment 

-Provide home care services and support individuals with autism spectrum disorder 

-Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of individual information
