About the Role

Guardian Booth LLC is a fast-growing, industry-leading manufacturing company seeking a friendly, motivated, and energetic individual for our team to help customers with questions, provide information about our product and services, and support our Sales Team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience, internship experience is acceptable.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system of incoming and late payments.
  • Monitor and date late payments.
  • Initiate late payment notices to relevant parties.
  • Make contact with appropriate parties via phone calls.
  • Experience with collections
  • Experience in CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A High School degree required
  • A college degree is a plus
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn!
  • English (required)
  • Being bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus!
  • Experience with Quickbooks

Position Location: Must be willing to temporarily commute to our facility in Orangeburg, NY, until the Middletown, NY facility is fully operational.
