About the Role
Guardian Booth LLC is a fast-growing, industry-leading manufacturing company seeking a Skilled Handyman with an emphasis in Driving experience to work in our manufacturing plant to build and maintain prefabricated structures. We seek a reliable Driver/Handyman responsible for executing all deliveries and repair duties for our Security Booths.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for completing basic Security Booth repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to basic plumbing (faucet and toilet replacement), basic electrical (light and switch replacement), and repairing broken items. If the task is complex and requires a certified technician to complete the repair, the Production Manager will need to be notified.
Delivery of Security Booths on a Flatbed trailer /pickup truck to customers
Delivers supplies and materials to the company from local stores (HomeDepot, Lowes, etc.)
Perform other duties assigned by the Production and Supply Chain Manager or partner with other managerial staff.
Perform other assigned duties as necessary and required.
Requirements and Qualifications
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, time management, and organizational skills.
A strong work ethic matched with the desire to grow with an expanding company.
3+ years of experience in facility management, repairs, plumbing, and electrical systems
A driver's license with a clean driving record is a requirement.
Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, friendly with a great attitude.
Clean Criminal Record
25 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (3 years)
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Position Location: Must be willing to temporarily commute to our facility in Orangeburg, NY, until the Middletown, NY facility is fully operational.
